The quote the site calculates is an estimate built on what you tell us: description, size, placement, photos. The final price is confirmed by the artist, and that is the one that counts. If on the day the piece differs from what was described, the price is discussed before starting, never after.

The date is yours when the deposit arrives. The deposit is not an extra: it comes off the price of the tattoo.

You can move the appointment once, free, with at least 24 hours’ notice, from the link in your confirmation email.

Under 24 hours, or if you don’t show up, the deposit stays with the studio: that time was held for you.

If we have to move it, we tell you as soon as possible and the deposit carries to the new date, or we refund it.

We tattoo from 18 up, with a valid ID. Under 18 requires a parent or guardian: present at the studio, signing the consent form, IDs for both. Your QR is personal and opens the door only on the day of your appointment.

Come rested, fed, sober. If you have allergies or medical conditions, say so in the wizard or before sitting down: working on your skin safely comes first.

Prices are in euros, VAT included. Payments go through Stripe: only Stripe sees your card.

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind about a product (right of withdrawal), as long as it is intact and not personalised. Write to [email protected] and we’ll tell you how to send it back; the refund reaches the same payment method within 14 days of the return.

Gift cards work on tattoos and the shop, can’t be converted to cash and give no change. Validity is written on the card. Promotional vouchers follow the conditions they were born with, stated when you receive them.

Italian law applies. Consumers can rely on the courts of their place of residence; everything else goes to Santa Maria Capua Vetere. EU online dispute platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. But before any court there is an email: write to us, it usually settles things.
